Once payment has been made, bookings are non-refundable.

Adjustments or additional bookings may be considered within the same calendar month, subject to availability and trainer approval.

Requests made within 24 hours of the session are handled at the trainer’s discretion.
Property Damage & Hygiene
-
Owners accept responsibility for any damage caused by their dog to my vehicle, or equipment.
-
A cleaning fee of £25 per incident will be charged if a dog soils or vomits in the vehicle.
-
Puppies under six months of age are exempt from cleaning fees for toileting accidents.
Dog Walking Protocols
-
Dogs will remain on lead unless off-lead consent has been provided.
-
Off-lead privileges are introduced gradually, starting with flexi leads and long lines before any free movement is considered. A reliable recall must be developed alongside this process, either by the owner independently or with my guidance and support.
-
For safety reasons, dogs may be returned to lead at any time if recall, handling, or behaviour becomes a concern, regardless of prior consent.
Right to Discontinue Services
We reserve the right to immediately cease services if:

A dog exhibits aggressive, dangerous, or destructive behaviours that were not disclosed at registration.
-
Key information regarding the dog’s behaviour, health, or history has been withheld or inaccurately represented.

Towels and/or a drying coat (we will make every reasonable effort to clean and dry dogs where possible)

Canine Welfare & Suitability
If a dog’s behaviour or needs make the booked service unsafe or unsuitable, I reserve the right to decline or discontinue that service.
Where appropriate, guidance will be provided and alternative support may be recommended, including referral to another professional or additional training services.
