Classes

Group classes provide structured learning in a supportive, social setting. Options include puppy classes for early foundations, urban classes to build confidence in busy environments, and socialisation sessions to encourage calm and appropriate interactions.

Weekly Group Classes are designed to help you build calm, steady behaviour and reliable obedience around real-life distractions. Sessions focus on dog neutrality, practical skills, and strengthening the bond between you and your dog, making everyday walks easier and more enjoyable. Classes take place in open outdoor spaces like local parks and fields, giving dogs room to think, explore, and practise skills such as recall, lead walking, engagement around other dogs, and maintaining calm in shared environments.

All dogs are welcome, regardless of breed or training experience. Classes are booked individually, and locations details will be confirmed in advance.

Urban Classes run once a month and are the perfect chance for you and your dog to build confidence in busy, real-world environments with guidance from professionals.

Each session takes place in everyday locations the town centre, shopping areas, the train station, and other naturally busy spots. We stop at various points to practise key skills such as loose-lead walking, engagement, neutrality around people and dogs, impulse control, and staying focused despite noise and activity.

Urban Classes are particularly beneficial for dogs who need more structured exposure to busier places, as well as puppies in important development stages who need positive experiences with different sights, sounds and environments.

Our Neutrality Walks help dogs learn to stay relaxed and composed around others, without the pressure to interact. Perfect for dogs who get anxious, excitable, or reactive, these walks provide structured, low-stress environments where they can practise self-control, polite behaviour, and confidence in real-world situations.

These walks are also a great opportunity for owners to connect with like-minded dog lovers, share experiences, and build a supportive network. Each session ends with a relaxed settling period in a dog-friendly venue, giving dogs the chance to reinforce calm behaviour in both outdoor and everyday settings.

Please note: All dogs must be assessed before joining the class (with the exception of puppy classes). If you haven’t worked with me before, get in touch prior to booking your first session so we can make sure the class is the right fit for you and your dog.
